1. Returns Eligibility

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Perishable, customized, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item (subject to availability) at no additional cost. To request an exchange:

  • Provide photographs of the damage or defect as proof.

The following items are non-returnable:

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery of returned items.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee if applicable.
